Shopping Cidade Jardim announces the opening of architecture and design dedicated area

In the year in which celebrates its 15th anniversary, Shopping Cidade Jardim announces its third expansion, which will increase its GLA by more than 10,000 m2, with an entirely dedicated area to architecture, design and decoration stores. Opening on March 16, 2023, the “Home & Decor” space complements JHSF’s portfolio, which today offers the best in malls, retail, real estate development, gastronomy, hospitality and travel. The idea is to integrate the architecture universe with the fashion and lifestyle universe, so present in Cidade Jardim Mall.

With a project signed by the noted architect  Arthur Casas, the new space will host three floors, bring together more than 20 brands in a complete mix decoration and design products for those who are building, renovating or wanting to modernize some rooms in the house. Following the DNA of Cidade Jardim Mall, this expansion will feature boulevards and a central opening space that allows a 360º view of all floors and will have sculptures by the artist Arthur Lescher, one of the great names in Brazilian contemporary art and known for his three-dimensional works.

“Home & Decor” opens its doors with important players in the market, such as Artefacto, one of the space’s anchor, Líder, By Kamy, Estudiobola, Natuzzi and Jader Almeida. Also worth mentioning are Artelassê, AD.Studio, Camicado, Lola Home, Marcato, Organne, Palimanan, UD House and Vallvé. And between shopping, architects, interior designers and their clients can have a coffee and a sweet at Cousins patisserie.

The new “Home & Decor” space will be accessed from the 1st and 2nd floors of Shopping Cidade Jardim, through the side corridors of each floor.
